Student assessments
Select a county, then a school district to see scores from the Mississippi Department of Education.
Mississippi students are required by state and federal law to be tested each year. The results are used to determine if districts and schools make Adequate Yearly Progress as required by the federal accountability plan, No Child Left Behind. Results also are used to give ratings to school districts, which are released in September.
